NEXT Financial Group Introduces New Security Features

The fundamental challenge for any organization in the digital age is protecting data. NEXT Financial Group knows that a security breach, if serious enough, can cost millions of dollars and bring an organization to its knees financially. Therefore, eliminating unauthorized access to data is at least a necessity and potentially a business lifesaver. Imposing policies to control user access to data often results in frustrated users and skyrocketing costs.

In an effort to provide protection against unauthorized access to the NEXT Financial Group network, the IT Department has developed new, now available security features in NEXTREP 3.0. When you login to Next Rep 3.0, the system will ask you to create your personal security question and answer. This will help you protect your identity.

After creating your personal security question and answer, if you forget your password, you now have the ability to reset your password by providing your username and security answer. This way no one else will be able to know your credentials.

You also have the ability to change your password by logging into www.nextrep.com, clicking on control panel link on top of the home page, and then click on the change password.
